Bucks party stripper accused of rape

stripper used a sex toy to rape the best man at a buck's party last September, a court has heard.

Linda Maree Naggs, 39, faced Melbourne Magistrates Court accused of sexually penetrating the man with a vibrator at the party held on the Mornington Pensinula.

The brother of the man, who cannot be identified, said Ms Naggs was naked and riding the alleged victim like a horse when her female minder passed her a vibrator.

He said he saw his brother on all fours with his pants pulled down and heard him say to Naggs "don't put it in".

He said he then saw his brother squint and quickly stand up.

"I don't think he could see what was going on, I don't think he knew what was going to happen," the witness said.

The court heard the man began to abuse Naggs and tell her to leave.

Naggs then attempted to punch the man but missed, the witness said.

"She was a little bit hysterical ... she thought she was a boxer," he said.

The brother denied seeing drugs at the party and said the men had been loudly cheering in a "mature way" during Naggs' act, which began with her whipping the man next to him in the groin.

He said the man who was allegedly raped was "very conservative" and had never lied to him in his life.

The witness said he could not remember Naggs' saying she would call the police or being struck in the head in an upstairs bedroom.

The court heard the man told his brother in the toilet that he was bleeding after the alleged rape.

The court was closed to the media and public while the alleged victim gave evidence for just under two hours.

The committal hearing before magistrate Elizabeth Lambden to determine whether Naggs, of Rosebud West, should stand trial continues.
