'Dirty' Web site owner posts own record

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Sept. 6 (UPI) -- The operator of a Web site that publishes photos of people making fools of themselves gave himself the same treatment after admitting drunk driving in Arizona.

Hooman Karamian, 29, admitted publicly for the first time that he is the operator of, the Arizona Republic reported. Karamian used the nom de guerre Nik Richie when he began publishing what was then called last year.

Karamian pleaded guilty in Scottsdale Thursday to a single DUI charge. He faced more serious charges because police said his blood alcohol level tested at more than twice the legal limit when he was arrested in January.

In addition to putting his photo and police report on his Web site, Karamian mocked himself for his chest hair and for having waxed eyebrows.

"It's still hard for me to comprehend what happened yesterday," he said. "People are going to the comments and shredding me and it's weird to see what it's like, but it helps me understand the site better and it's only going to help the growth of the site."
